Donations Faith and Grace Hospice, Inc. provides services to all patients who need end of life care regardless of their ability to pay. To be able to do this, we must rely on support from the community. Your donations allow our staff to maintain a high standard of care for our patients and their families. There are many ways to support our efforts: Make a monetary donation in the memory or in honor of a friend or loved one. Utilize a planned giving option. Allow us to take care of your holiday greeting card list Donate your time as a volunteer. Donations are used to provide the following: Care for patients who do not have the ability to pay. Help purchase supplies for our patients. Buy items that increase the comfort of the patient (room air conditioner, etc) Provide grief counseling services for our families, as well as the community. Faith and Grace Hospice, Inc is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax deductible and the appropriate documentation is provided.
